1. About us
These terms apply to purchases from Swedexpress AB (org.nr 559276-1109), Badvikshöjden 4, 424 57 Gunnilse, Sweden ("we"). Contact: support@swedexpress.store. We sell Swedish outlet goods online within the EU. Prices are shown in SEK and include 25% Swedish VAT.
2. Orders & payment
An order is binding once payment is confirmed via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors.
3. Shipping
We ship via PostNord, DHL and FedEx. Free shipping applies over 499 kr. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To withdraw, use the “Withdraw from contract” function on our website (footer link), email us, or use the EU model withdrawal form. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us; you pay the return postage. We refund the full price including original standard shipping within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to your original payment method — we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return. Goods should be returned in essentially unchanged condition; you are liable for any diminished value from handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature and function.

6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
